Reference is made to the Company's announcements on 12 December 2018, 2 May 2019, 8 May 2019, 18 June 2020, 30 July 2020, and 21 September 2020 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). For purposes of consistency, the definitions and terms used in the Announcements will be used in this announcement unless otherwise define herein. On behalf of the Company, Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd and Astramina Advisory Sdn Bhd wish to announce that the Company has lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia today the relevant documents pursuant to Section 119 of the Companies Act 2016 to confirm its compliance with the requirements for the Capital Reduction of the Company. The Company is now awaiting the written confirmation of the Companies Commission of Malaysia on the effective date of the Capital Reduction. The Company will make the necessary announcement after receiving the written confirmation from the Companies Commission of Malaysia. This announcement is dated 15 October 2020. |
