Update on the Status of Memorandum of Understanding

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 13 December 2021 and 22 December 2021.

 

The Board of Directors of Pertama wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”):-

MOU dated 13 December 2021 between Pertama and CGS-CIMB Securities Sdn. Bhd.

 

 

Working teams to develop digital investment products for underserved segments have been identified and workshops have commenced.

 

 

MOU dated 22 December 2021 between Pertama and iFIBER Holdings Sdn. Bhd.

 

 

The MOU will be mutually terminated in March 2022 as both parties could not reach an agreement on a suitable deal structure.
