Update on the Status of Memorandum of Understanding

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 13 December 2021, 22 December 2021, 28 February 2022, 31 May 2022, 24 August 2022, 30 November 2022, 27 February 2023 and 17 April 2023.

 

The Board of Directors of Pertama wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”):-

MOU dated 13 December 2021 between Pertama and CGS-CIMB Securities Sdn. Bhd.

 

 

There has been no material development since the previous announcement on 27 February 2023. Both parties have agreed to keep in view the collaboration while seeking a mutually beneficial value proposition and partnership model.

 

 

MOU dated 17 April 2023 between Pertama and Kridentia Tech Sdn. Bhd.

 

 

Both parties are working together in finalising the collaboration structure and applicable terms.
