Update on the Status of Memorandum of Understanding

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 13 December 2021, 22 December 2021, 28 February 2022, 31 May 2022, 24 August 2022, 30 November 2022, 27 February 2023, 17 April 2023 and 23 May 2023.

 

The Board of Directors of Pertama wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”):-

Status

 

MOU dated 13 December 2021 between Pertama and CGS-CIMB Securities Sdn. Bhd.

 

 

The MOU was mutually terminated on 17 August 2023 as the objectives initially envisioned through the MOU are no longer viable or mutually beneficial.

 

 

MOU dated 17 April 2023 between Pertama and Kridentia Tech Sdn. Bhd.

 

 

The MOU was mutually terminated on 30 August 2023 as both parties could not reach an agreement for a suitable deal structure.

 

 

The termination of the abovesaid MOUs will not have any material financial impact on the Company and its subsidiaries.
