Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 28 August 2024 and 29 November 2024, respectively.
The Board wishes to announce that the Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") entered with Kridentia Holdings Sdn. Bhd. had expired pursuant to the terms of the MOU (“MOU Expiry”).
Following the MOU Expiry, no Party shall have any claim against the other Party in relation to the MOU. The MOU Expiry will not have any material financial impact on Pertama and its subsidiaries.
