Reference is made to the Company’s previous announcements on 10 August 2022, 1 September 2022, 3 October 2022, 1 November 2022, 1 December 2022, 3 January 2023, 2 February 2023, 1 March 2023, 3 April 2023, 2 May 2023, 1 June 2023, 3 July 2023, 1 August 2023, 1 September 2023, 2 October 2023, 1 November 2023, 1 December 2023, 2 January 2024, 2 February 2024, 1 March 2024, 1 April 2024, 2 May 2024, 4 June 2024, 1 July 2024, 1 August 2024, 2 September 2024, 1 October 2024, 1 November 2024, 2 December 2024, 2 January 2025, 3 February 2025 and 3 March 2025 in relation to the Company triggering Paragraph 8.03A(2)(a)(bb) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) (“MMLR”) and having been considered as an affected listed issuer, as well as its development update in complying with the requirements under Paragraph 8.03A of the MMLR.

The Company’s Board of Directors wishes to inform that the Company had on 7 February 2025 submitted a further extension of time application to Bursa Securities of twelve (12) months to submit its regularisation plan (“EOT Application”). On 7 March 2025, Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 7 March 2025 decided to reject the Company’s EOT Application as the Company has not demonstrated to the satisfaction of Bursa Securities any material development towards the finalisation and submission of the regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities. On even date, Bursa Securities has given a notice to the Company pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A(3)(b) of the Main Market Listing Requirements to make written representations supported by documentary evidence to Bursa Securities on or before 14 March 2025. On 14 March 2025, the Company has made a written representation to Bursa Securities as to why its securities should not be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities. The said representation is presently under Bursa Securities’ review.

The Company remains steadfast in its endeavour to promptly address and evaluate viable solutions aimed at rectifying its status as an affected listed issuer. Currently, rigorous and timely assessment of streamlined solutions led by the Company and its appointed advisors with the aim of formulating a comprehensive regularisation plan for submission to Bursa Securities within the specified timeframe. The Company will continue to make further announcements in relation to any latest development in accordance with the requirements under Paragraph 8.03A of the MMLR.
