Reference is made to the announcement made on 28 May 2025 wherein Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had approved the application for an extension of time up to 31 October 2025 to submit the Company's regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities.
On behalf of the Board of Pertama, M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that it had on 31 October 2025 submitted a further extension of time application to Bursa Securities of four (4) months i.e. up to 28 February 2026 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities (“EOT Application”).
The outcome of the application of the EOT Application will be announced upon the decision received from Bursa Securities.
