The Company’s Board of Directors wishes to inform that the Company had on 31 October 2025 submitted a further extension of time application to Bursa Securities of four (4) months ti.e. up to 28 February 2026 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities (“EOT Application”).

The Company remains steadfast in its endeavour to promptly address and evaluate viable solutions aimed at rectifying its status as an affected listed issuer. Currently, rigorous and timely assessment of streamlined solutions led by the Company and its appointed advisors with the aim of formulating a comprehensive regularisation plan for submission to Bursa Securities within the specified timeframe.

The Company will continue to make further announcements in relation to any latest development in accordance with the requirements under Paragraph 8.03A of the MMLR.
