Reference is made to the announcement dated 31 October 2025 in relation to the submission of the further extension of time application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) to submit the Company’s regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities (“EOT Application”).

The Board of Pertama wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 6 November 2025 noted that:

(a) PERTAMA had failed to submit the proposed regularisation plan to the relevant authorities for approval within the extended timeframe of 31 October 2025 as stipulated in the LC Decision Letter; and

(b) the Company has appealed/applied for a further extension of time vide M&A Securities Sdn Bhd's letter dated 31 October 2025 ("Appeal").

In the circumstances and pursuant to paragraph 8.03A(3) of the Main Market Listing Requirements and the Listing Committees Decision Letter dated 28 May 2025, please be informed that: -  

1. the trading in the securities of PERTAMA will be suspended with effect from 14 November 2025 (“Suspension Date") even though the decision on the Appeal is still pending.
2. However, the de-listing of the securities of the Company upon the expiry of 2 market days from the Suspension Date will be deferred pending the decision on the Appeal by Bursa Securities.

Further development on the suspension and de-listing of the securities of the Company will be announced by the Company in due course.
