The Board of Directors wishes to inform that trading in the Company’s securities was suspended on 14 November 2025. However, the de‑listing of the Company’s securities, which would normally take effect upon the expiry of two (2) market days from the Suspension Date, has been deferred pending Bursa Securities’ decision on the Company’s appeal.
The appeal relates to the application submitted on 31 October 2025 for a further extension of time of four (4) months, i.e., up to 28 February 2026, to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities (“EOT Application”).
The Company remains steadfast in its endeavour to promptly address and evaluate viable solutions aimed at rectifying its status as an affected listed issuer. Currently, rigorous and timely assessment of streamlined solutions led by the Company and its appointed advisors with the aim of formulating a comprehensive regularisation plan for submission to Bursa Securities within the specified timeframe.
The Company will continue to make further announcements in relation to any latest development in accordance with the requirements under Paragraph 8.03A of the MMLR.
